• 9-11:30, with coaching available for those wishing to participate in the Maine Ski Challenge at 1:00.
• Cost: $150 for season passholder, $250 with a 9-4 ticket each day.

Black Snow Riders Program
For the third year, UMF Ski Industries is offering the Black Mountain Snow Riders program. The program, new to both Black Mountain of Maine and UMF in 2007, is open to adults and children of all abilities. Beginners and those wanting to improve their riding skills are welcome. Come once or as many times as you want. Sign up or drop in!
• Dates of Program: Friday, February 6 and 13, Friday, March 6, 13, and 20
• Time: 6:00-7:30 pm
• Cost: $25 per lesson

Black Mountain of Maine is excited to announce sign ups for Alpine Snow Kids program for the 2008-09 ski season. Children in this program will be offered ski or snowboard lessons for 8 weeks, on Sundays, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. Enclosed, please find a registration and information sheet, waiver, and additional program information. Please note that while the prices of lift tickets are included, rentals are not included in the price of these lessons.
Alpine Snow Kids was designed by Leigh Breidenbach, director of UMF Ski Industries Program in 2000 to help smaller ski areas attract the youngest members of the skiing community. Based on the tremendous success of Alpine Snow Kids , UMF has created a program specifically tailored to Black Mountain of Maine.
Alpine Snow Kids at Black Mountain of Maine is designed for skiers and riders ages 6-12, of all abilities.
Program Cost: $150 (9-1 ticket), $175 (9-4 ticket) or $100 for a season passholder

Cancellation/Snow Policy: During extreme weather Black Mountain of Maine may not be open. Parents should contact Black for any questions regarding operation hours.

Kinder Klub is designed for beginning skiers between the ages of three and five years old. Private lessons with coaches will give your little skier the confidence and skills necessary to ski with their peers by age six.
• Starts Sunday, January 11th and continues for six weeks
• Ends: Sunday, February 15th
• Private one hour lessons
• Cost $150 and includes a 9-4 lift ticket for the child for the lesson day
• Three coaches available so siblings or friends can ski together and still receive the benefit of one on one coaching
