Hey kids! Join our summer Adventure Program!

Did you enjoy the glades this winter? Find a sick line or a special spot in the trees that you didn't even want to tell anyone about? The best way to enjoy the glades is to thank an Angry Beaver, & the best way to do that is to become one.

Since 2013 the Angry Beavers have continued to maintain existing glades & develop new ones. You can be a part by simply showing up & helping out. Meet in the parking lot. Times are announced on Angry Beavers Facebook page.

Scheduled work days for the summer & fall of 2019 are:

July 27th

August 31st

September 28th

October 26th

November 30th

Our current glades:

29 gladed zones

5 miles of glades

47 acres of backcountry bliss.

These 4 new glades were added for the 2018-19 Season:

Aurele Legere- a steep & bouncy line that reclaims the historic ski jumping zones.

Beaver Chute- quite possibly the steepest glade on the mountain. Not for the faint of heart, this glade's upper pitch approaches 40 degrees.

The Roach- A new multiple lined glade accessed off the popular East Bowl traverse. This one has some cascading pitches, that splits a massive boulder. Look for some creative lines & air potential before merging with The Wild glade.

P2P- A new glade connecting the  Piscatiquis trail to the Penobscot Trail. This also extends the Crooked glade an additional 500 feet.

Many other glades have been extended, such as Allagash Woods 5, & all have been properly groomed thanks in part to the Beaver's many generous volunteers, giving time & funds for new power tools & hand tools.
